Avoid this camera By Jay Goodier I'm a fan of Canon. I have had several of the shooters from his pocket and always recommend to my friends and family - and still do, just not this one.
I bought this camera with great hopes. On paper the specifications look great .. In reality, it falls short.
-As in most of the points and shoots, the start time to capture the first image is slow. My SD1100 is faster. 'Too many blurry images. The camera was good to stop the auto-focus or simply never even bothered. I've never had this problem before Canon, so I do not understand why this process would be best to do this. -The touch screen is difficult to use. It's hard to describe, but let's say it's nothing like the touch screen on the iPhone.
Not as much, but if you are still considering this camera, I will point out: 'It's heavy. That is well made and sturdy with a large screen - this has to happen. The screen is nice though .. -The battery did not hold up as long as I thought it would. This may be because he had an Eye-Fi card in it, not sure.
I think the Canon PowerShot SX230HS 12 MP Digital Camera with HS System and the DIGIC 4 image processor (Black) instead. Capture a little better and easier, the controls do not touch the screen (and a little cheaper.)
