A great camera for the "casual" photographer For a client Investing in Canon ELPH LT 260 was a big decision for me! This camera takes good pictures, detail and color is amazing. Its small size allows it take you everywhere, and its sturdy frame and includes carrying case that I should worry about it falling off or breaks everything. In addition, the auto focus and 2x zoom is sufficient for me, the "casual" photographer, who uses a camera to capture special occasions, to carry on trips or just around the occasional photo opportunity. If you are a serious photographer, this is probably not the camera for shooting of his teacher, but I still recommend it as a fun, bump-all type of camera that everyone can use and rely on the great shots. I took this camera on a trip to Europe and pan function is essential for some of the landscapes and views that I saw, and classic photography was ideal to capture the smallest details and pictures of my traveling companions - I was delighted with images when I will return. Once again, the small size makes it so easy to wear every day. Also, I bought this camera as a gift for my mother a couple of months ago and she loves him too - the abandonment of the burden of the film was his favorite feature because she always had trouble uploading your old traditional 35 mm, and she is also enjoying the APS options. My dad has a little problem with its small size, however, because the buttons are small and their fingers and hands in the way larger, so that is also something to think about. Another thing that sometimes is a bit difficult is the pop-up flash, which can get caught on things, etc, but it's a minor thing, something to keep in mind when using the camera. However, this is a great camera, and I think the price is a bargain for all the functionality and ease of use that come along with it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a camera to take anywhere that offers plenty of versatility and ensures stunning images.
