Very impressed by the performance of this camera By Larry M. Chaney I have to say I was happy to be one of the first to buy this camera. In fact, I received before it was officially sold in Best Buy Stores. I saw a message online lady who was in the storage chamber in many stores, but may ask for them to recover a storage box, and could not refuse to buy one for sale. I do not think this tactic, but I went to a BestBuy, and I tried. The guy told me I had it in the back, and came back with three boxes. I was so surprised, and then asked: "What color you like." Apparently, he was not officially marketed, but you could still request an unofficial, and be allowed to purchase. I was lucky. I used on my birthday (September 30). Freelance photography with serious side as a hobby, and I own a Canon 60D. I've been waiting impatiently for this SA Elph 310 to go, because of its new HS system, the larger and 450,000 dots per square inch Hi Def (enhanced) 3 "screen, and improved optical zoom 8x (which incidentally worked great). When I started using this at Disneyland, my friends and I surprised by the clarity of the images. Being a serious independent photographer, has a lot of high standards in terms of image quality, shutter speed and overall satisfaction. I was impressed by this camera. Not only that, but was also blown away by the quality of 1080p video (wow). I did not buy this video, but the geese, which is great! I however, advise anyone to buy a camera with any number of megapixels 3 megapixels over to buy a memory card speed. Do not be fooled into buying a cheap memory card. The standard is as follows. Buy one with at least 20MBps speeds or more (no less This will cost at least $ 39 16Gigabite card, and you will thank me later, trust me. Try to buy as cheap, the garbage card slow, you will notice shutter lag, video suddenly stops while recording 10 seconds of video recording, and you will notice that your camera is super slow when it comes to taking pictures. Remember that your card memory is like a computer processor. The slower the slower your computer will perform the calculations. Keep this in mind. and suggested brand memory? Sandisk 16GB (Class 6) SDHC (which is the label SanDisk Ultra). Well worth the purchase. Hope this helps everyone. You will not be disappointed with this camera. One thing I can say is that the menus took some getting used to, and the buttons are too flat for my fingers larger in size, but most of you probably will not have the same problem I do with this topic, lol.
